Hank Boerner is a widely-published author, commentator and trusted senior advisor
to leaders in the corporate, public and social sectors.
He has 30 years of experience as a well-known issues and crisis management
consultant serving Fortune 500 companies, multinational enterprises, not-for-profits,
banks and financial services companies, and others.
Boerner was a board-elected officer and senior communications manager
for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), responsible for strategic communications
with listed companies, NYSE member firms, institutional and individual investors,
US and foreign media, the Congress, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Hank is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI),
