H.C. 'Bo' Boger
Vice Chairman, Corporate Resource Development
As the Vice Chairman of Corporate Resource Development (CRD), Bo Boger uses his proven sales experience and management know-how to assist CRD's clients with the development of targeted and focused sales designs. CRD is a marketing, sales and consulting firm that delivers accelerated revenue to middle-market companies experiencing commodity pressure in the business-to-business sale. Additionally, Bo manages a specialty manufacturing sales force for North American Tool, which directs their sales efforts toward technology, aerospace and the medical markets.
Over the past 35 years, Bo has held various senior positions at leading consulting pharmaceutical, manufacturing and recruiting companies. From 1990 to 2006, Bo was the CEO of Franklin Display Group. During his tenure, by implementing and managing a sales design, Franklin Display Group enjoyed record profit margins and grew revenues from $6 million to $22 million. Though not currently employed at the company, Bo continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Since 1993, Bo has been a professor in the Business & Professional Institute of Rock Valley College where he has the highest student-to-professor rating in the history of the college (2006-Present).
Bo holds an MBA with Honors from Northwestern University Kellogg's Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from Virginia Wesleyan College.
